What do you do with Fresh Sage?


A vendor at the farmers market gave Husband a bag of fresh sage. It smells wonderful!

What do I cook with it? I’ve never used fresh sage before. Give me your ideas!

  1. I've never use fresh sage before. I tried burning dried sage leaves to cleanse the energy of my house/crystals/tarot cards etc.

    I'd love to hear what others have to say too!

  2. Chop it, mix it with butter and spread on corn on the cob. Sage butter is good on anything really . . . fish, seafood, you name it.

    I make pumpkin sage ravioli that's to die for. Or you can use fettucine. Any kind of pasta works, really.
