Fresh mint has been one of my favorite herbs since childhood. This summer, I have been buying fresh bunches of the most fragrant mint at the farmers market. I use it to make hot and iced tea, but some of it goes bad. I don't want to dry it... I'd like to use it fresh.
I did a search on the internet, and no interesting recipes came up. I need your ideas! What dishes do you make with fresh mint? Thanks for sharing!
