Why I Like Yoga!


I just completed a 3-class yoga workshop for beginners. It was great! Here is why I like yoga:

1. I don't like intensive exercise. Yoga feels like an hour of stretching, and we all know stretching is good for you because it increases flexibility.

2. There is no sweating involved, which I like quite a bit!

I purchased a 10-class package and plan to continue (well, at least for 10 more classes). :)

  1. I like Yoga, too ~ for those same reasons! It is great stress relief, too.

  2. oh good for you. i've done it in the past. wanted to go to that hot yoga intro class this past weekend, but other things came up. my gym offers yoga/pilates... i might just try it there.
